Working with The Fruitmarket Gallery’s Board, Director and team to support a significant application to the Heritage Lottery Fund (as was), including advice on overall approach and application content, particularly around marketing communications, audiences, the learning activity plan, and complementary fundraising.

Developing a new strategy for Scotland

Working with the Chief Executive and team to review and develop a new strategy for the Arts Marketing Association's professional development programmes and expanding membership in Scotland. Included data analysis, desk research and a comprehensive set of recommendations.
National Museums Scotland
Editing Scotland to the World: Treasures from the National Museum of Scotland
​
Co-editor, with Director of Collections Xerxes Mazda and freelance David Souden, of a major publication celebrating the 150th anniversary of the National Museum of Scotland. The book explores over 100 object histories, spanning Scottish History & Archaeology, Art & Design, Science & Technology, Natural Sciences and World Cultures. Lavishly illustrated, the book was launched at the 2016 Edinburgh International Book Festival, at an event chaired by the BBC's Jane Fowler.
