COACHING AND MENTORING

I help individual clients in two ways
as a mentor – through supportive conversations offering advice, insights, contacts and tips
as a coach – a structured 'sounding board' which helps you think and find the best way forward
Sessions are always tailored to your own needs.
I work with senior leaders, mid-career and emerging managers and freelancers.
Sessions can be held in person or via Skype.
Topics might include: developing
specialist expertise; adapting
leadership style; stepping up a level
in management; planning a change of direction; and many more.
My approach is based on formal training (using the GROW model) and also decades of practical experience as a line manager and team leader. During my career I have helped scores of emerging and established leaders to reflect on and develop their personal effectiveness. I enjoy helping people with diverse personal styles to assess their situation, tackle problems and tap into strengths
Come together, think together
I design, plan and deliver participatory workshops, awaydays and residentials which are invigorating, collaborative and produce clear outcomes.
I help Boards, staff teams and network groups to think constructively and creatively together, to find common ground, stretch boundaries, and move forward.
I can either
